1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phwow ("phwow," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at phwow.one. By accessing the phwow website, creating an account, or placing any wager on the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

phwow reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the phwow platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the phwow platform and close your account.

2. Eligibility and Age Verification

Access to and use of the phwow platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling in the Philippines.
• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal and permitted.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or officer of phwow, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement with phwow or any PAGCOR-regulated operator.

phwow takes age verification seriously. Upon registration, you will be required to provide accurate date-of-birth information. phwow reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including a government-issued Philippine ID such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, or UMID — to verify your age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the required timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending completion of verification.

Any person who knowingly provides false information to circumvent age verification will have their account permanently terminated and any funds held in the account may be forfeited in accordance with applicable law.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money gaming features on phwow, you must register a player account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid email address and Philippine mobile number.

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) phwow account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. phwow employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, phwow reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information on your account remains accurate and up to date. You may update your account information by contacting phwow customer support. phwow is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phwow account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify phwow immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

phwow will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from phwow that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to phwow support immediately.

phwow is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have notified phwow of unauthorized access in a timely manner.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the phwow platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). phwow accepts deposits via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfer through participating Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits may also be available subject to your issuing bank's policies.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are subject to the payment method selected and are displayed at the time of transaction. phwow does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to fund your account, or to a verified Philippine bank account or e-wallet registered in your name. phwow reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method but phwow endeavors to process approved withdrawals within one (1) to three (3) business days.

phwow reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of identity verification, investigation of suspected fraud or money laundering, or resolution of any account dispute. Any funds determined to have been obtained through fraudulent means will be forfeited and reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

phwow may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and expiry dates, which will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered.

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be specified in the promotion's individual terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

phwow reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged. phwow reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings where it determines that a player has abused the bonus system or acted in bad faith.

7. Gameplay and Wagering Rules

All games available on the phwow platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. In the event of any discrepancy between the game rules and these Terms, the game rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics, and these Terms shall prevail with respect to account management, financial transactions, and conduct.

phwow uses certified random number generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the same fairness standards. Game results are final once confirmed by the platform. phwow is not liable for any loss arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules or mechanics.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. phwow reserves the right to void any wager placed in excess of the stated maximum bet limit.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phwow platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be reversed.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the platform.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your phwow account.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward phwow staff or other players.

phwow reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate any account found to be in violation of these prohibitions, and to withhold or forfeit any funds held in such accounts. phwow may also report suspected illegal activity to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement and regulatory authorities, including PAGCOR.

9. Responsible Gaming

phwow is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player welfare. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options.

Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a temporary cooling-off period or a permanent self-exclusion through phwow customer support. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be permitted to access your account or create a new account on the phwow platform.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the phwow platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of phwow or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the phwow platform without the prior written consent of phwow. Unauthorized use of phwow's intellectual property may result in legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phwow and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the phwow platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.

phwow does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. phwow shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from platform downtime, technical failures, or interruptions beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to power out ages, internet service disruptions, or force majeure events.

phwow's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phwow account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the phwow platform.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact phwow customer support to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. phwow will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may escalate the matter to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority or court of competent jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and phwow with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
